This has been by far the best experience I have had when having body and paint work done. Brain got my truck in and out less then a week after replacing and painting my rear quarter panel. I have been using Germantech for the last 3-4 yrs pretty much since I bought my VW Golf and my daughters bug. (Big thank you by the way for fixing her bug last week, saved me a ton financially and a headache.) They have been absolutely great! From their friendly and courteous counter staff to their mechanics. They always answer all my questions and make sure I understand what needs to be done before taking on the job. They never try to pressure me into services I don’t need or want, truly are a great mechanic shop and I will continue to use them as long as I drive a German made vehicle, I don’t think you will find service like theirs anywhere else, definitely wont get the quality of service they offer from your dealership. The folks at GermanTech are fantastic. First, they are very kind and knowledgeable. No matter if you come in for an oil change or a bigger issue, a comprehensive vehicular inspection is done that identifies clearly the problem and other potential issues with the car. In addition to a detailed report describing the issue(s), photos are also provided showing the problem. While the cost of German made parts can at times be higher than other models, their pricing is reasonable.
