My experience was wonderful from start to finish. I have a 2018 Pacifica, which is no longer under the manufacturer warranty. I set up an appointment to bring the van in, by 10 AM. They had an estimate complete with Line item charges and a video to help me understand the issue. The van was ready the very next day for pick up. My fiancé's Subaru Forester starting acting up with a bad knocking sound coming from the frost passenger side when turning right. She took the vehicle to a subaru dealer and their diagnosis seemed entirely wrong and massively overpriced. I called Boudreaux's and we greeted by a very professional young man who got us booked straight in. When we dropped the vehicle off, we were greeted and promptly discussed the diagnosis from the previous dealer with thier expert knowledge. Boudreaux's carried out an investigation and found a totally different (and more logical) cause of the issue. They quickly had OEM parts ordered and fitted, and kept us posted the entire time. When we collected the vehicle, the Owner - Mr Boudreaux, greeted us, explained in exceptional detail the works carried out, as well as things to potentially look out for later down the line.
