Lee did an amazing job and communicated with me very well. He took care of a very large wasp nest with approximately 17 wasps. He also sprayed our house’s exterior to keep the wasps from coming back. Dave the serviceman was thorough and he spent the necessary time required to accomplish eradicating and removing the hornets nests to my satisfaction. A few hours later there was absolutely no activity detected. Dave was patient and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I called Augustine company and set the appointment with Tim, he came and checked everything and everywhere and let me know what is needed to be done and gave me the estimate, pryor to call Augustine company i did called couple other companies with big name, buy none of them were good enough as far as checking and inspecting as good as Tim with Augustine. Tim later on came and did what needed to be done and explained everything about the job. Their price wasn’t the cheapest, but i was happy with it because he did extremely nice job. Sometimes you can’t go with the cheapest price you have to go with who does the best possible job. i was very happy with the price and the job that was done.
