We sat down at the bar for a glass since we had already done a few tastings earlier in the day. Ryan at the bar was amazing! He informed us about the wines (which were all phenomenal) and even gave us recommendations on places to eat around Fredericksburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Augusta Vin. The ambience. The wines. The service. 10/10 would recommend! We left with a few bottles of wine if that tells you anything….

Beautiful place and not pretentious. You can sit down and sip and enjoy your wine tasting. I prefer to sit and sip vs stand and sip. Ryan did our wine tasting and he was so friendly. Gave us suggestions for dinner. All the wines were good. I really liked the Albariño and Tannat estate. But all were good. I appreciate the food pairing. My favorite was the white chocolate strawberry with Tannat. But the tenderloin and horseradish was really good. The ambiance is modern and laid back. I like wide open spaces with light. I’m coming back!

If you’re looking for a sophisticated tasting experience in the Hill Country, Augusta Vin is a standout. The entire atmosphere is elevated. A huge shoutout to Forbes, who was a fantastic host. Having a knowledgeable and personable guide makes all the difference in a tasting. The views of the estate vineyards from the patio are absolutely stunning. It’s the perfect backdrop for a slow afternoon. We sampled the small bites, and they did not disappoint. The food is clearly well-thought-out and pairs beautifully with the wines. Just a heads-up for pet owners—this winery is not dog-friendly, so you’ll want to leave your furry friends at home for this one.

We are first-time visitors to this town and venue, and we must say that we are absolutely impressed. The venue and tour details are outstanding. Considering the amazing wine and perks, becoming a platinum member would be a great option. However, what truly made our day special was Melissa, who is bursting with energy, knowledge, and has a lovely welcoming personality. Thanks to Melissa and the excellent amenities, we are already looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this venue.

My favorite winery in Fredericksburg. Staff was wonderful! My friend was a few minutes late to the tour; they brought her to us! Amy was very nice and knowledgeable about everything in the winery and wine making process. I will definitely recommend this tour, ask for Amy, you won’t regret it. Don’t forget to stop inside for a glass of wine, Christian gots yall. All staff goes above and beyond to make your experience a great one ☺️.

Graceyn was an amazing guide. She was very knowledgeable, sweet, and made the tour extremely enjoyable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and kept the experience fun and engaging the entire time. I would definitely recommend asking for Graceyn if you get the chance.

The tour was fantastic! We learned so much about how wine is processed, and the information was presented in a way that was easy to understand and engaging. Melissa was incredibly attentive, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience even better. She is truly one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had!

Gracecyn was an amazing tour guide! We had so much fun with her on the tour and she is Very knowledgeable. The food after The tour was perfect! My husband and I shared a Caesar salad, meatballs and the charcuterie board. The staff was very attentive and kind and the property is stunning! Visiting on a week day was perfect for a very chill, relaxing ambiance. Will definitely come back!

We came to Augusta based on a recommendation from an Uber driver in San Antonio and were blown away by how beautiful it is. Perfect weather in early March to relax in the spacious outdoor area. More importantly, a very good selection of wines. Megan is very knowledgeable and super friendly, and she did a great job talking us through the options (and letting us taste everything). We had plans to go to another winery but ended up staying here longer instead.
