I had a very positive experience at Audi Downtown LA, and I’d like to thank Valentine, my service advisor. Although we initially had some differences regarding the inspection and repair process, Valentine handled the situation professionally and thoughtfully. He communicated clearly throughout, took the time to explain the options, and contacted my warranty provider to help reduce my overall cost. In the end, everything worked out well for all parties involved, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Valentine is honest, dependable, and someone you can trust. You’ll be well taken care of working with him. Highly recommended！

Great experience from start to finish. Sam made the entire process genuinely enjoyable and easy. Highly recommend going to him. Huge thank you as well to Ayman and Val for the overall level of professionalism and customer care. Every single person I interacted with was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel truly taken care of throughout the whole process. This was easily the best dealership experience I’ve had.
