We are totally thrilled we have found this gem of a business! I took my kitchen aid mixer just to have checked and oiled and replace any parts that may have been needed. Our experience from the phone call inquiring process and services to dealing with the folks in their office to the repair tech, has been 100% positive! We took it in on a Wednesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon they called ti tell us it was ready for pick up. They didn’t take advantage and try to make an extra buck by saying there were things needed that wasn’t needed. Very fair and responsibly priced with stellar customer service.

I was very pleased with the service received from Atomic Tech. We’ve had bad experiences with other companies that were used with extended warranty repairs on appliances in the past. Atomic Tech was able to get us scheduled quickly for our dishwasher repair and the technician Jacob went above and beyond to get it working again. Although we were frustrated it took so long to get our dishwasher working again we were relieved that Jacob put such a determined effort into solving and fixing it for us. John came and address the first issues of the ovens not keeping temp and replaced three items on my GE Profile. He was very professional. All was great with the temperature but after he left, I noticed the oven light flickered when trying to turn it on and the clock would not stay set. He came back and ordered a new front panel. Cole returned with the new panel but the clock would still not stay set, he also replaced the plug on the oven light. He explained that sometimes when replacing other parts the tiny plastic breaks. He addressed that it was the motherboard and ordered it. He was personable and professional as well. He fit me in to his last appointment to add the new motherboard and panel. Both were efficient, clean and easy to work with in regard to our warranty company! I would use them again soon, thanks Cole and John!
