Whenever I come home after Evelyn has cleaned, my house smells amazing and everything looks super clean! I have asked her to focus on my floors specifically and she always takes my notes in mind. I had the best experience working with Ascend. They did the move-out cleaning for my rental home in Cerritos, and the service was absolutely great and stress-free. They arrived on time, were very professional, and very kind. When I did the final walkthrough, the house looked amazing, they did such a great job. I had a great experience with Ascend Cleaning. I had called a few cleaning services, and not only were they the quickest to get back to me, they were the nicest to talk to. I had called for a deep clean, but when I described the current state of my apt they actually suggested that a deep clean could be overkill, and a cheaper option would be viable. I still went with the deep clean, but not trying to push the most expensive option was appreciated The actual cleaning was great. I work from home and the housekeeper was extremely polite working around me. They were very detailed and focused on all the areas I mentioned and more, even going as far to clean the track of the shower door, something I probably wouldn't have ever noticed (picture attached) Overall was a great service, affordable, and a good experience to book.
