I had the pleasure of going to the Power Yoga class, Zoe was the instructor and it truly was a perfect blend of a challenge, energizing, and relaxing! I left class feeling so energized and recharged. Zoe’s positive attitude is contagious, I am definitely looking forward to going to her class again. This was my first time going to Artha and the atmosphere is very relaxing and calming, I am looking forward to trying out the Sauna next time.

I love it! Last week I did the cold plunge, sauna, and float tank. I felt so relaxed and recovered after. Today I did a massage and it was amazing! Can’t wait to try out everything else they offer at Artha!
