Arkansas Construction and Remodeling completed a sunroom addition to our home this spring. Johnnie was so great to work with. Always professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. His crews were prompt, respectful and showed up when scheduled, which is somewhat unusual in the construction world from our experience. The project ended up being so much nicer than we had envisioned thanks to Johnnie’s knowledge and recommendations. We have been enjoying our addition so much, and would highly recommend Arkansas Construction and Remodeling to friends and family!

I can’t say enough Good things about Johnnie and his crew. They totally remodeled a bathroom in my father-in-law‘s house that turned out beautifully. It first started out as a simple leak fix and bathtub replace but we kept adding things and Johnnie was always so gracious and accommodating with every step we added. Johnnie Oldham with Arkansas Construction and Remodeling added a covered porch to our house, and we highly recommend Johnnie and his crew. We are very pleased with the outcome. We told Johnnie we wanted a large porch to host our family and to have a place for our grandchildren to play, and he helped us work out what that would look like. We wanted half walls with wood louvers on the sides of the porch and didn't know if that was possible or could be built, and he did it, and it turned out great. We also wanted to replace our old vinyl siding with board and batten, and we love how the new siding adds to the back of our house and the aesthetic of the porch. His crew worked hard and cleaned up before leaving each day. We appreciate their professionalism and dedication to making sure we were pleased at every aspect of this project.
