Kevin and the team at ArcWest were a perfect fit for our ADU in Sunnyside. They came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. Besides our unusual lot specifications, we also needed a variance for our project. Kevin shepherded us through that process and made it as painless as possible. Robin at ArcWest did an outstanding job creating design concepts and full construction drawings for our new garage. The design matches our shingle victorian house beautifully and Robin was expeditious about incorporating changes that I requested along the way. After design was done, he referred my to a general contractor that did a great job on the build -- even the city inspector commented on the quality work. One small mistake came up during the build and Robin showed up within a few hours to sort out the issue with the contractor. All was resolved smoothly and to my liking. ArcWest provided quality engineering work and support throughout the whole process!

I highly recommend ArcWest Architects. We worked with Kevin and his team to create design and full construction drawings for a substantial remodel and expansion of our 1880’s Victorian house in northeast Denver. Kevin and his team were creative and offered innovative solutions but also took our ideas and integrated them seamlessly. They also supported us through a complex permitting and variance process with the City of Denver and were adaptable and accommodating when we had to make major revisions to the plans to scale back on the initial design. Throughout the project, the team was fun to work with and very professional. Kevin has also remained engaged during construction and he and his team are coordinating with the builder in a timely and constructive manner when needed. The builder Saul Construction was recommended by Kevin. Tim Saul and his team have been great to work with. Our onsite project manager is conscientious, responsive to our questions and continues to demonstrate his
