When you’re dealing with an emergency sewage backup, every minute feels like an hour. I had a drain line issue in my washroom, water was pooling on the floor, I called three other companies and they were backed up for days, I called Arctic Sewer and Drain and within minutes scheduled a service call that same afternoon. The Tech arrived, seen and diagnosed my issue, went right to work, explained to me what needed to be done and he was speedy, got right to it with right equipment ,friendly and even snaked my main drain to street. Now I am comfortable knowing I have good drainage in my pipes. I recommend this company for the quick return communication and quick service for what was a stressful situation.
