I have had two opportunities to work with Adamick Architecture, beginning in 2016 and most recently in 2020-2021. The recent project was somewhat fast paced due to the type of loan requested to purchase/renovate the property. Adamick’s team did great accommodating our short schedule but also provided us with enough time to collaborate and develop the ideas we wanted for the project. They understood what to anticipate when dealing with an older historic home and explained what to watch out for during construction. A contractor was brought on early during design to help outline costs and shared ideas with Adamick’s team to finish out the project. My girlfriend and I hired Adamick in April 2018 to provide architectural services and manage the construction of the property, as we live in Los Angeles and this was a second home. The home is a historic shotgun, built in 1880 and was in need of a full renovation. We used Adamick architecture to design our retirement home. We were able to accomplish this from another state over Zoom. After the design was completed Adamick worked with us to choose a builder and then supervised every step of the building process.
