This company is spot on. The Service Manager called me early this morning (and apologized for calling early) and told me a tech would be arriving around 9AM. David, the technician, called me when he was in route (YAY!!!! not everyone does that and I work in the service industry) with an ETA and even showed up a little earlier than expected. David was extremely polite, answered my questions, showed me what he did and even double checked everything to make sure we would not be without heat during the upcoming cold snap. THANK YOU!!!

Repipe the whole house From getting an estimate , to getting the repipe done, to putting back all the drywall, the whole crew was phenomenal. Very professional and punctual. There were some hiccups with the front office during the project but the general manager, Larry, called and apologized. He acknowledged my concerns and is looking for ways to improve moving forward. I appreciate companies who value their customers’ business and hear them out when there are concerns.

Associated Piping solved a two-year problem that another Orlando company couldn't fix....and gave up on. My wife and I had a dehumidifier installed in our attic by another company in Orlando. For the last two years we had one issue after another and spent easily over two thousand dollars in repairs trying to get the AC system and dehumidifier to work together properly, but the integration issues continued until the company stopped servicing the unit. Enter Associated Piping. When we first spoke to Larry he truly listened. This wasn't just about making a sale, he wanted to understand and solve the problem.
