Simultaneously we strive to create a seamless transaction for all parties involved. Established in 2002. Our business was first established by Todd Barron as Applied Mortgage Services Corp in 2002. On December 13, 2014, we merged with Merrimack Mortgage Company and with the merger we shortened our name to Applied mortgage. Within 6 months, Merrimack merged with HarborOne Bank and we became a DBA of HarborOne. Today, Todd is still a major part of our team and his daughter Lindsay, who became a branch co-manager in 2019, has taken on the responsibility of leading us into the future. Lindsay has added some amazing and talented new team members and has lead us to multiple awards each year in the Mortgage Industry. We mix the local feel and support of an entirely homegrown team with the resources of one of the biggest companies in the industry, HarborOne Mortgage.
