The technicians were on time, professional and friendly. The only item that was concerning was a $75 charge to use the air sled, a tool they have to make it easier to move large appliances. I saw the charge on the quote and it caught me off guard. They did not use it and the charge was removed but I thought it was odd that I would pay for using a tool that makes it easier and less injury or damage prone for employees or customers. But this was not factored in my review, only a comment. I would definitely recommend Proffesional Appliance Repair and willingly call them again if needed! Read more
