We have had them out to repair several appliances, but most recently our dryer (after a different company failed to replace a vital part) and our washing machine. The communication surrounding scheduling was great, and the onsite visit was even better. Quick, easy and efficient. The service technician, Randy was so excellent I wish I could have him on speed dial! The office gave a broad window of time that he would be out, but he always called to let me know his eta as soon as he had an idea of his schedule for the day. I came from a Vacation at Disney World on May 26th and i was overwhelmed with pain and grief. I had what is called the "disney rash," and edema. Then I get home and my washing machine wouldn't run and power sensor was stuck in the ON bright red. So I had to unplug it. Even though the power button on power button on the control board was on. It still wouldn't run in any of the modes. My anxiety skyrocketed!!! So I started going through the steps before having to call anyone. None of them worked. I called customer service and within 2 days someone came out! His name was/is WARREN . I have a yorkie, and he pet my furbaby Ruger which means alot! Warren came with an apprentice to service our ONE month old LG refrigerator that developed a "dead" LED display. Warren did the power reset as I had done several times before when I was on the phone with LG's "ChatBot" support. Knowing that bit of history, Warren asked if I prefer that a replacement part be ordered. He then contacted us later and came with the replacement part at the appointed time and it has been working ever since. I appreciate Warren's effort to rectify the issue in a timely fashion. My Viking gas oven stopped heating. I called two different repair services who came to my house, spent time working on the problem. They charged me for the “repair” and left. Sadly the gas oven still did not work. I finally called Broussard’s Appliance Repair and the service man found I had a cracked part in the oven. While he was here he called in the order for the replacement parts. It is an old stove, maybe over 20 years old, that was in the house when we bought it two years ago. I’m pleased he was able to acquire the parts for this older appliance. When the parts arrived, the repair was completed and my oven now is working very well.
