I used Renovation Sells to clean up my condo before hitting the market. They were professional and easy to work with. After I moved out, I gave them a key, and they completed all the work on time with almost nothing required from me. I added a staging after the work was done and was able to get something like a 75% to 100% return on my investment as the condo sold with multiple offers in the first week.
