From my initial call with Brendan to explain our situation and schedule an emergency consult for testing to the actual consult with Lana, I couldn’t be more impressed with GLS.Lana went out of her way (literally) to do a same, late in the day consult for us, as she felt for us and our situation given we have a toddler to protect at home. She was kind, comforting and extremely thorough. She took down my information and sent over the proposal. The price is very reasonable. Once we signed it, they scheduled an environmental inspector within a week to come visit us in Central NJ. We have a rental home and we needed an inspector to see if there was lead in the home.The inspector had a window when they would come. Pat, was a professional gentleman and explained the process.
