My 13 year old 27” iMac finally crashed its Fusion Drive. I asked Perplexity AI to suggest local repair facilities. Allstates turned up at the top of the list with the note that John had received 250+ 5-star reviews. I called and asked John a few questions then took the computer straight in. Ready the next day with a 6GB SSD and everything perfectly restored from my Time Machine backup. Very reasonable price. Could not be more satisfied.

Wow. John is so talented, patient, and helpful. I had absolutely no way to figure out how to get my displays showing on my PC again, but John was willing to knock it out in an hour. He tried to say it was free for Christmas! Absolutely not! I was more than happy to pay him for fixing my pc and sending me home with a smile on my face. He deserves the recognition to say the least. Thanks buddy!

Went in for a busted computer and Join was able to pop it open immediately for diagnostics. He listened to my issues with care and was great at explaining what he was doing and why, and gave great tips as he went. The issue appeared to be greater than I was willing to fix, but he offered suggestions on how to best move forward so I could get what I needed! Thanks John and Allstates Computers.
