My husband and I were at the store on a Monday morning and we were attended by Eric, if I remember correctly, that was his name. He was super attentive and explained several things to us, patiently answered our barrage of questions and after a lot of talking, we decided which bike we wanted. I really liked the negotiation and the amount of items in their stock even in difficult times of parts replacement. They offered us eternal maintenance service for the bikes we bought and we were very pleased with that. I hope it really works as expected.

I bought two bikes from Victoria a couple years ago. She did a great job showing us several bikes and we are very pleased with the bikes we purchased. We also got a tow hitch bike rack to take them on the road. It's been two years and the bikes are great. Thanks for the service.

Came here a few weeks ago to simply ask questions about bicycles as I am trying to learn more. Fabrizio was nice enough to answer all the questions I had. Ended up buying a bicycle on facebook that needed work and took it here. They were great, friendly and super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this shop and I appreciate the customer service. Some bike shops can be very "elitest" but they were nice to a novice like me and I appreciate it. Definitely would recommend to stop by if you looking for service or a bicycle :)

Advanced Cycles in Orlando is hands down the best bike shop around. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Sammy, Fabrizio, and Miguel are absolute pros—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with my options, and never made me feel rushed or upsold. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their bikes. If you’re looking for honest advice, quality work, and an all-around great experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
