After having personal experience with managing jobs, he noticed some stress points for customers & began implementing ways of making the experience easier. Kyle identified how communication can break down in a project if a point of contact changes & how customers are generally more comfortable with the process when they are informed of the steps involved. He also noticed that trust between customer & company needed to be a top focus to ensure satisfaction. Kyle has always expressed an enjoyment of working in construction. He has built Accountable Exteriors by creating a team of motivated, quality-focused, and ambitious professionals.
