The sofa was assembled on Wednesday and looks great! We ordered the extra deep with storage in all modules. The storage units are well finished and hold alot. I have not steamed so their are still a few wrinkles. Material is soft and comfortable. The color is oatmeal beige. The sofa is a bit firmer than I expected, but I know we can remove some stuffing to soften it. It truly defines the gathering room space. My dog is already burying treats between the cushions, so it's a good thing everything is washable! Andrew, who handled the assembly, was excellent—prompt, polite, and professional. He worked with me to ensure the sofa was placed exactly where I wanted it. Harrison, my sales consultant worked with me to assure I ordered the right sofa for my space. Great experience from start to finish.

Checked out their showroom to see whether we wanted extra deep or the standard. We ended up going with the extra deep and navy velvet. The showroom has larger fabric samples that I think are more useful than the fabric samples that come mailed. In the showroom, Louis was super helpful and listened to us. We have three dogs and he recommended the velvet since the fur cleans up easily. He got us all setup with our configuration in a cart in an email and he even let us know about an upcoming sale since I had mentioned we weren't in an urgent timeline for couch shopping. Thanks again Louis! Our couch has now arrived. It's in 16 boxes and I highly recommend going for the task rabbit assembly service!
