Renting through Turo with 5 Stars Rentals was a breeze. Communication was prompt and clear. The vehicle was in great shape and easy to find in the parking lot at the airport. 10/10 would rent from them again.

I recently rented a VW Atlas from 5 Stars Rentals. I was so pleased with it that I rented a VW Tiguan a few days later and I am pleased to say the experience was just as good. The presentation of the vehicle was top quality and was delivered promptly. James provides an exceptionally high level of detailed service and I found him to be a refreshingly honest and flexible operator in what can be a very grubby industry. I have rented vehicles all over the world from companies who profess to be world leaders in their field, and I must say that the experience provided by James has been the best of them all. I commend James’s product and service and would have no hesitation in recommending 5 Stars Rentals to anyone seeking to rent a vehicle in Philadelphia and its surrounding area… I will definitely be using James again on future visits to Philadelphia. Just top quality!

I rented their BMW for 2 days. Very clean and smooth on the tires. Their communication was very prompt and professional. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I was instructed to pickup the vehicle at the airport, but the guy allowed me to pick up the vehicle off the street so I wouldn’t have to pay for the gate fee. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be booking again!!
