I cannot say better things about 24/7 rooter service. ESPECIALLY Cleto & Santos! Thank you thank you thank you! A different company gave me an estimate for $2500 (he wanted to replace the pipes). Cleto came in and said "let's try everything else and if that doesn't work, replacing will be our last resort". He didn't even charge me for the things he tried (which he did the work for) but were still clogging my pipes. Cleto was there from 4pm-10pm trying it all and at the end my pipes were cleared and he charged me $1000. He saved me $1500!!! Cleto, you are amazing and you deserve a raise. I will ALWAYS be calling 24/7 rooter service and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Very happy with the work and service from 24/7 Rooter/Conover Plumbing. Work was done quickly & efficiently and price was very fair. They helped us upgrade to a water heater, that was the correct size for our house and added a recirculator so that hot water was more easily available in our main bathroom. Even though he ended up not being eligible for any state rebates, we knew our water heater would not last long and are very happy it has been replaced. They did a great job, they were clear on their communication and pleasant to deal with, I really recommend Brandon and the team. Adding to this review… The u bend developed a leak a few days later which was not the plumber‘s fault, some of the components I think were old or not sealed properly. However, the team came back promptly the next day and graciously fixed the problem. Prompt service and thoughtful follow up is the best you can ever ask for!

They did a great job, they were clear on their communication and pleasant to deal with, I really recommend Brandon and the team.
