The quote I received was professional and clear. Charles was prompt and diligent from the start through completion of my roofing project. He sent pictures of the entire project from beginning to end. And he was thorough with clean up. I was very satisfied with his demeanor and his work ethic. The roof looks beautiful.

Had a water leak in the roof over the garage and called #1 Home Improvement for an inspection. They came out very quickly as I thought it was major and I was put to ease at the wealth of knowledge in his explanation of why it was leaking. He answered every question, explained the process and after we agreed to the fix, they showed back up on time for the fix. I am super pleased with the quality and Chad went above and beyond by evicting some pigeons. Great quality, great price, and superb customer service. I will absolutely be using them again for any roof issues that pop up. Thanks Chad and team! Services Roof repair
