What You Will Do:

• Connect with individuals and families virtually to assess their insurance requirements.
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment journey, offering professional guidance and support.
• Respond to client questions and resolve any issues or uncertainties they might encounter.
• Work alongside team members to facilitate a seamless and effective enrollment experience.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records of client communications and enrollment actions.

Requirements:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
• Skilled in using computer systems and software applications
• Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and thriving in a dynamic environment
• Self-driven and dependable Must possess a Windows laptop or PC, internet connectivity, and a functional camera.
