The Business Development Analyst requires a proactive, diligent, and well-organized individual who likes to read, research, and can help identify and track potential Federal construction opportunities. This role is part-time, approximately 20 hours/week. Hours might vary based on workload. Flexible working hours can be discussed.
Responsibilities
Research different sources (e.g., sam.gov) to provide weekly report to Company's Executives
Analyze gathered research and consolidate as needed
Main point of contact for Company's Executives in relation to Federal construction opportunities
Related duties as needed
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in the real estate, construction, and/or architecture/engineering industry
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
Strong technical reading comprehension
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of attention to detail
Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
