POSITION SUMMARY
Through role modeling, coaching and facilitation, coordinates high quality, effective patient care, while assisting staff to maintain clinical practice, professional, and critical thinking behaviors.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager or Director.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of accredited BSN program, OR actively enrolled in an accredited BSN program.
Skills: Must have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other hospital personnel as needed to promote quality patient care.
License: License to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Michigan
Certification: BLS and ACLS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing with Bachelor of Science in Nursing
License: License to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio
Certification: Specialty area certification or willing to obtain in 1-3 years
