AFIB/RVR, DKA, HTN, COPD, ARF, s/p Heart Caths, etc. Stroke Unit overflow -- CVA/TIA in need of TPA administration; Spinal surgical ACDF, Laminectomy. Titratable gtts: Cardene, Cardizem, Insulin, Heparin, Neo, Levophed request manager approval to offer without this experience Chest tube management, traches, Peritoneal Dialysis, ISTAT, CSF (lumbar) drains (preferred)
