      Job DetailsSpecialty: ICU - 60100Contract Length: 13 weeksNurse Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 (MedSurg ICU), If no vents/drips 1:3Number of Beds: 42Common Diagnoses/Types of Patients: Cardiac-open heart, balloon, impella, tPA, TPE, core staff will do the specialties; keep small head bleeds, post tpa administration-if intervention-flown to Phoenix; Level 3 trauma- keep here. not necessary to have trauma exp=core staff that MUST HAVE vent, sedation, sepsis, pressors, DKA, cardiac, CHF, respiratoryRNs Required to Titrate Drips: YesShifts & Scheduling: 6:45-7:15 (3 min before and after grace period to clock in and out) MUST CLOCK OUT FOR LUNCHOrientation: One day NEO, one day with educator skills, competencies, procedures, one-day orientation on the floor; 7a-7p

          Schedule InformationSelf-schedule, 4 requested days off in a 4 week periodBlocks not guaranteed, but will try to work with traveler to accommodate requestsWeekend Requirements: 4 weekend shift days in 4 week period requiredHoliday Requirements: 2 major holidays requiredFloating Requirements: Yes, float to other units, with adjusted patient load
