Our client is one of the leading estate agents in Kildare. They continue to be a leading light in the Irish property industry with a core focus on marketing new homes schemes as the demand for property services continues to grow.

The Role:

As an
Estate Agent - New Homes
you will be part of a dedicated team specialising in the sale of newly built properties. You'll manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to closing, working closely with developers, buyers, and the wider agency team. Your role will involve property viewings, negotiations, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent and sell properties within new housing developments.
• Manage inquiries promptly and guide buyers through the sales process.
• Schedule and host property viewings, clearly highlighting key features and benefits.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and prospective buyers.
• Keep up to date with trends and developments in the local property market.

The Person
• Must hold a full PRSA licence.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property sales (experience in new homes desirable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of the Dublin, Meath & Kildare property markets.

The Offer
• Base salary of €40,000
• Uncapped commission structure. OTE €50,000+ in year one
• Hot desk with a portfolio of new home developments.
