Job Description
The responsibilities for this position could include, but is not limited to, assisting in managing all food/beverage outlets within the hotel. May be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and training of staff as well as coordinating special events.
- 3 years prior F&B experience required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Open schedule and flexible
- Flexible schedule (including weekends and bank holidays)
- Organizing and task management skills
- Eye for detail and understanding
- Efficacy and stress-resistant during rush time
