Summary of the Job: FNBO is building the next generation of internal platforms that will power how our teams work-and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to be part of that journey. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who loves building modern, scalable applications and is excited to grow their skills in emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

You'll work across the stack, developing polished user experiences with React and building backend services that support an internal platform designed to evolve alongside new capabilities.

Responsibilities Design and build high-performance, responsive Develop and maintain backend services Contribute to the evolution of

Contribute to the evolution of an internal platform that supports intelligent and automated capabilities
Participate in code reviews with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability
Help define development standards, patterns, and best practices for the platform
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex features

Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
Develop and maintain backend services using cloud-native and serverless technologies
Partner with Architecture to refine technical designs and platform direction
Design and build high-performance, responsive user interfaces using React

Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a software Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks Experience building and supporting backend

Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies (AI experience is a plus, not a requirement)
Comfort working in cloud-based environments and learning new tools quickly
Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor and learn from others
Experience building and supporting backend services and APIs

Solid engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, performance, and security awareness
Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React strongly preferred)
Strong experience as a software engineer or full-stack developer
