About this role Position Title: Special Education Teacher The Special Education Teacher will support

Position Title: Special Education Teacher Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The Special Education Teacher will provide individualized instruction, support, and programming to meet the diverse learning, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students with disabilities.

This role requires collaboration with families, related service providers, and general education staff to ensure students access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities Develop and implementIndividualized Education Programs Deliver specialized instruction in small Modify and adapt the curriculum,

Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to promote student success
Modify and adapt the curriculum, materials, and teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles
Implement behavior support plans in alignment with positive behavior intervention strategies
Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed

Develop and implementIndividualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide instruction in academic, functional, social-emotional, and life skills domains as appropriate
Deliver specialized instruction in small groups, 1:1, or inclusive classroom settings
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Valid NH Teacher Certification in Knowledge of IEP development, instructional

Knowledge of IEP development, instructional modifications, and assistive technology
Experience working with students with diverse disabilities (preferred)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field (required)
Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in special education
Valid NH Teacher Certification in Special Education (required)
