Job Description

Under limited supervision, performs one or more of the following activities on the company's internal networks: configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, production system implementation. Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas. Supports multiple systems simultaneously, and provides leadership for large project efforts. Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management and/or project management.

Minimum
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT related engineering, computer science or information systemsor related field. Five (5) years work experience in engineering or information technology environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Special Requirements: Master's degree in IT related to Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of work experience in engineering or information technology environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in IT related to Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of work experience in engineering or information technology environment in lieu of a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience. Experience must include the following: Network Design and Architecture; Network routing/switching; Network device security; WAN Design/Management; Extreme Wing OS; Security authentication (Radius, TACACS); network automation using Python/Ansible. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Eligible for telecommuting from home within commuting distance of Collierville, TN.
