Guaranteed hours and shifts available! Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in human services or related field and one year of experience working with mental health issues.

The position is open for QMHP A/C /T with multiple part-time or full-time positions available throughout Hampton Roads. Position Description includes:

• Develop and maintain Individual Service Plan and Quarterly reports with clients
• Work with clients to foster new or improved independent living skills
• Case management functions of linking, arranging, and advocating for services and referrals
• Maintain face-to-face contact with clients and their support system 4-10 hours per week per client
• Maintain up-to-date client records, and prepare required session notes in a timely and accurate manner
• Establish a good working relationship with other public and private agencies/services and interface collaboratively with them
• Reduce the risk of out-of-home placement or aid in return from out-of-home placement
• Attend monthly staff meetings and supervision
• Respond promptly to emails and telecommunication.
