• Certified Dietary Manager Certification (preferred)

Must have knowledge of and ability to monitor and teach food texture types, how to achieve textures, and diet types. Responsible for ordering food and equipment needs based on menu and established pars, ensuring compliance with HACCP and servsafe, ensuring compliance with state and federal food service guidelines, maintaining cleaning schedules to be completed by assigned staff, monitoring adherence to standardized menus/recipes and production, and ensuring timely service of nutritious and palatable meals..
