Responsibilities:

● Process and manage customer orders throughout the order fulfillment cycle

● Update and maintain customer data with Excel

● Perform market research and analysis of customer needs

● Assist with customer service matters

● Collaborate with other teams to coordinate customer logistics solutions

Qualifications:

● Must be familiar with transforming raw datasets into insights using Microsoft Excel (applicable functions, PivotTable, etc)

● Attention to detail and abilities to handle large datasets accurately

● Work well independently and with a group

● Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

● Currently pursuing/holding a degree in Business/Accounting/Math or related fields
