The ideal candidate for the Senior Staff Accountant role will have at least 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in large enterprises or specialized agencies. Experience in technology infrastructure or related industries will be highly regarded.

Candidates should have a proven track record of managing month-end and year-end close processes, demonstrating an understanding of GAAP principles, and effectively utilizing ERP systems. Leadership experience in guiding projects or initiatives will be an advantage in this senior role.

Salary Range: 75k-85k APPLY Essential Job Functions, Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial Manage month-end and year-end close Conduct variance analysis to identify

Oversee the integration and utilization of ERP systems for efficient financial management
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support external audits
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed

Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software
