Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Scheduler to join our team!
What Youll Be Doing:
Reviewing the Contractors cost loading, Critical Path and percents complete
Must also be able to produce Monthly Reports, and all other reports as the Client may require.
Maintaining the P6 Database with Monthly Updates and assisting the Project Manager as required.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
- Applicant shall have a minimum of 10 to fifteen (10-15) years experience or equivalent for Rail & Transit and/or Heavy Civil Construction.
- A Degree in Engineering, Certification in Construction Management or Certification as a Scheduler is preferable.
- Amtrak experience is a plus.
- Duties will include but are not limited to attending Construction or Progress Meetings, updating the Schedule as required, reviewing the Contractor’s schedule update.
- Reviewing the Contractors cost loading
- Good Oral and Written communication abilities: attending meetings, writing monthly reports, assisting with correspondence.
- Software skills should include:
- Primavera P6
- Bluebeam
- ProCore
- Adobe Acrobat
- MS Office Suite
