Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Scheduler to join our team!

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing the Contractors cost loading, Critical Path and percents complete

  • Must also be able to produce Monthly Reports, and all other reports as the Client may require.

  • Maintaining the P6 Database with Monthly Updates and assisting the Project Manager as required.

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

  • Applicant shall have a minimum of 10 to fifteen (10-15) years experience or equivalent for Rail & Transit and/or Heavy Civil Construction.
  • A Degree in Engineering, Certification in Construction Management or Certification as a Scheduler is preferable.
  • Amtrak experience is a plus.
  • Duties will include but are not limited to attending Construction or Progress Meetings, updating the Schedule as required, reviewing the Contractor’s schedule update.
  • Reviewing the Contractors cost loading
  • Good Oral and Written communication abilities: attending meetings, writing monthly reports, assisting with correspondence.
  • Software skills should include:
  • Primavera P6
  • Bluebeam
  • ProCore
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • MS Office Suite

Salary Range:

$40.05 - $70.10
