Collaborate with various departments to understand their design needs and deliver high-quality solutions. Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements. Design and produce event materials such as banners, posters, and digital assets. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects. Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines. Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the production of high-quality materials. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to ensure consistency and quality in all design work. Conduct market research and analysis to inform design decisions and strategies. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines. Continuously evaluate and improve the university's visual identity and design standards. Utilize design software and tools to produce professional and impactful designs. Assist in developing and maintaining the university's design guidelines and templates.
