Role: As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in our international finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving excellence across their accounting processes. This hybrid position is based in their Limerick headquarters, that offers flexibility. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and support in group budgeting and audits. You'll liaise with stakeholders across borders, supervise AP/AR processes, and contribute to the preparation of high-quality financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for a qualified accountant looking to grow within a dynamic, innovative, and purpose-driven company. Your Profile: We're looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality financial insights in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a fully qualified accountant with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar financial accounting role or a first mover from practice. Strong technical accounting knowledge is essential, along with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Exposure to international entities or multi-currency accounting environments will be a distinct advantage.
