Digital Personalization, Sr. Specialist
The Digital Personalization, Sr. Specialist is responsible for owning the merchandising and testing for all eCommerce websites by coordinating, executing, and analyzing test and personalization efforts that ultimately drive increased conversions and sales, as well as improve the customers’ overall web experience in order to drive measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and implement testing and personalization efforts from ideation to deployment to completion based on customer segmentation studies and interactions of each consumer with the business and/or website in partnership with business owners
Own the requirements for our A/B testing solution and will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for personalization from a technical implementation standpoint
Create & execute personalizations, A/B tests, multivariate tests, etc. in the digital channel based on business needs and goals using Adobe Target
Track and analyze ongoing personalizations to ensure optimum performance
Collaborate with product owners, hotel strategy, booking engine, and web development teams to develop and execute new testing opportunities
Build creative assets (experience fragments) for testing and personalizations in Adobe Experience Manager
Manage all testing and personalization documentation for the Optimization team
Analyze and report on testing and personalization performance using Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools up to senior leadership
Lead the effort to provide strategic recommendations based on test results user behavior analysis
Drive adoption and own a backlog of potential test and personalization designs based on industry standards
Create targetable segments/audiences using both Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Audience Manager
Assist with tagging and rule implementation in Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch as needed
Synthesize data to address the what, why, and how of business questions and business applications, knowing how to contribute to marketing strategy by representing the marketing technology team in business meetings and with 3rd parties
Provide functional and technical expertise to support business applications and underlying processes
Work with leader to align on priorities, constructively address project work, and build personal development plans
Requirements
Strong analytical skills with experience using analytical tools
2+ years’ experience with Adobe Analytics or similar analytics platforms
2+ years’ experience with Adobe Target or similar testing platforms
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both orally and in writing, including up to senior executives
Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is required
Ability to work with minimal supervision and cross-divisionally to accomplish goals 
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and adapt to evolving business needs  
Self-directed through ambiguous data exploration with ability to independently employ a wide range of mining and analysis methods
Understanding of digital retail operations (marketing channels, targeting and personalization, digital merchandising, site production)
2+ years in a related field, such as analytics, digital media, eCommerce, or similar
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
Solution oriented; positively impacts the environment of his or her direct team and Marketing department
Bachelors degree required
