Job Description
• Support the daily operations of commercial construction projects, helping ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Assist in coordinating subcontractors, verifying adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Help enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring milestones, and helping address delays promptly.

The Successful Applicant
• Demonstrated experience supporting ground‑up commercial projects with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
• 3-5 years of construction experience with solid organizational, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Skilled in assisting with subcontractor oversight, schedule maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication abilities, able to effectively support interactions with clients, architects, and project teams.
