Responsibilities The Senior Chef de Partie

The Senior Chef de Partie should be certified to Level 2 HACCP training with a good knowledge of procedures and regulation

Required Skills & Experience Level 2 HACCP Certification Minimum 2-3 years experience a Passion for cooking

Able to tackle every task given to you with the highest levels of enthusiasm
Friendly outgoing personality along with excellent personal presentation
Level 2 HACCP Certification
Passion for cooking

Passionate about producing high quality food in a standards driven kitchen
Minimum 2-3 years experience a chef in a very busy hotel environment
Be an excellent team player
Be willing to learn
