Wholesale Admin ASSISTANT
Collin Street Bakery is seeking a dedicated teammate to assist with Wholesale Office Operations at our historic downtown fruitcake plant. Seasonal Wholesale Admin reports directly to the Wholesale Senior Administrator and is primarily responsible for answering phones, making appointment, taking direct mail and email orders for bakery products, and resolving customer complaints or disputes. A successful Wholesale Assistant has a sunny disposition, excellent customer service skills, a quick learner and pays great attention to detail.
Duties:
Help resolve customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Respond to customer service emails
Respond to customer chat requests
Use of various websites
Requirements:
Bilingual is a plus
Must have basic computer knowledge, skills, and abilities
Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written communication
Must work as a team and be relied upon to complete assigned tasks
Knowledge of basic math
Work will begin immediately upon hire
Schedule: 8am - 5pm , Monday thru Friday with regular overtime as needed
Job Type: Seasonal (Aug thru Dec)
Pay Rate is $10.00 per hour
