The Warehouse Coordinator completes shipping and receiving processes, including daily store deliveries, store inventory, and storage of assets, and is able to execute policy and procedures to ensure inventory success of Rally House retail stores. Warehouse Coordinators complete daily store deliveries as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to the requisition, reception, storage, and disbursement of materials and supplies- Monitor the receiving process by verifying all deliveries, reconciling shipping invoices, and organizing or distributing incoming deliveries
- Inspects shipments for damages or defects and records discrepancies or damages.
- Manage and process freight flow by verifying units received and unpacking and processing merchandise.
- Manage process and productivity for transfers, etc.
- Performs additional duties as required including, but not limited to, stocking, freight processing, price changes, etc.
- Manage inventory discrepancies in ERP system
- Demonstrates commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, and is reliable, and follows through with responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with regulations
-Makes deliveries to stores as needed
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to adapt to change and assume added responsibilities, Effective communication and interpersonal skills., Enthusiastic attitude, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookQualifications
Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse equipment required; Ability to frequently lift, stoop with and/or move more than 50lbs
Work is performed in an warehouse and office environment and requires the ability to operate standard delivery truck, standard office equipment and keyboards. Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Must have a valid Drivers License and the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items up tp 50 lbs, and to walk short distances.
