Job Description
Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory group (Accounting Today, 2023), is seeking a seasonal tax assembler to provide clerical support to the tax team. This is a February-April 15 position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling completed tax returns
- Scanning source documents and tax workpapers
- Using firm software programs to move tax job through firm processes
- Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks, as assigned

The tax assembler will have a keen attention to detail and the desire to provide exceptional internal support.
Requires:
- Effective communication skills
- Prior clerical experience
- Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
