As a Seasonal Tax Accountant at Intuit, you will provide expert tax preparation and advisory services both in-person and online during the busy tax season. This position is perfect for those looking to build strong client relationships, educate the community on tax matters, and support TurboTax's local brand presence. This dynamic role as a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Expert allows you to leverage your tax expertise while engaging with the community to help customers navigate their tax needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes and align with Intuit's mission of 'Powering Prosperity Around the World.' About the Role: • Provide Tax Expertise: Offer comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, and support for clients, from simple W2 filings to more complex scenarios such as business income and investments. • Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Actively engage with the local community to cultivate a strong customer base for TurboTax. Host events and nurture leads to convert them into long-term clients. • Educate and Communicate Confidently: Represent TurboTax in your local community and demystify tax-related processes through engaging events and informative content. • Build Relationships: Demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to clients’ financial concerns to establish long-term trust and loyalty. • Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience: Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Who You Are: • Possess active, unrestricted credentials: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience. • Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using professional tax preparation software. • Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week. • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
