Role Summary: This is for people who want serious income, control of their time, and to build something real. You will train, you will hustle, and you will close. If you’re lazy, this is not for you. What You’ll Be Doing: • Closing leads : You are provided with appointments and warm leads. • Prospecting: calling, networking, referrals, door-to-door, warm leads, etc. • Demonstrations & presentations of our payment / merchant services tech. • Negotiation & closing—turn prospects into paying clients. • Tracking your metrics and pipeline in CRM. • Collaborating with marketing to amplify your reach. • Coaching other agents as you grow; stepping into leadership roles if desired. What You Need: • Desire to earn based on effort. • Strong communication skills; confident talking with business owners. • Must be self-motivated, resilient, persistent. • Reliable transportation / ability to meet clients. • Basic tech comfort (phone, CRM, presentations). • No strict “years of experience” requirement — attitude matters more. Pay / Income: • 1099 /Contract Uncapped commission earnings with monthly residual income — your income is tied to your results. • Many new agents make $80K-$120K+ in their first year with solid effort. • Top performers often exceed $200K-$300K+ annually. • Training, mentorship, and support provided. • Flexible schedule; your own pipeline; growth path available.
